Edamame in the Pod (Whole Edamame)

Great as an appetizer or snack, MacKellar’s edamame in the pod can be cooked in a variety of different ways. To consume, simply squeeze the bean from the pod and pop it into your mouth. The pods themselves are not edible.

Shelled Edamame (Edible Soybeans)

Shelled edamame have numerous applications. Toss a handful on top of your salad or include a healthy helping in your next stir-fry – the options are endless!

Hi, We are thoroughly enjoying your edamame. Prior to finding your frozen beans at Goodness Me in Hamilton, I would only typically be able to buy edamame in the summer at farmers’ markets.
